The following is the presentation information for full/vis notes/poster paper:

  • For a full paper, there are 15 minutes of presentation and 5 minutes of Q&A.

  • For a vis notes paper, there are 10 minutes of presentation and 5 minutes of Q&A.

  • For a poster paper, there is only one minute of presentation in the Poster Fast Foward Session and the corresponding author(s) should standby their posters during the poster session to answer questions from or interact with the symposium participants.

    For foreign participants who are eligible for the visa exemption program and simultaneously need a "E-Code" when to fill in eVisa Applications on the website.

    Please contact me ( d10109102@mail.ntust.edu.tw ) for requiring an “E-Code”.

    Please show your: Nationality (and national code), Passport No, Surname (last name), Given Name (first name), Date of Birth (yyyy/mm/dd), Date of Expiry of your password (yyyy/mm/dd), and your Sex (M/F/X) on the email, and send these data to me before 4/7; then, through the government official process, I will send you "E-code" back ASAP. Thank you.

    We have sent out registration confirmations to those of you who have paid the registration fee.

    If you have not received the confirmation email so far, it is possible that:

    1. You did not fill in the google sheet after the credit card payment process, or you did not provide a valid Order Number in the google sheet.

    2. You are an IEEE member but did not provide a valid IEEE member number.

    3. You are a student but did not provide a valid proof (scan of your student ID).

    4. You have just paid the registration fee less than three days.
